Firstly, the lifting capacity limiter, also known as the overload limiter, is a safety device that can prevent the crane from operating under overload. When the lifting capacity exceeds the rated lifting capacity, it will automatically cut off the power supply of the lifting mechanism and stop working, or issue an alarm. This device has two types: mechanical and electronic. Secondly, the height limiter is also known as the hook height limiter. It is usually installed on the upper part of an electric hoist. When the hook slides to the limit position, it will lift the lever and press the limit switch, thereby cutting off the circuit and stopping the work. The hook can only descend when the circuit is reconnected.
