Daily maintenance of electric chain hoist

Loop chain electric hoist is a commonly used lifting equipment, suitable for various work environments. In addition to daily standardized operation, daily cleaning and maintenance are also essential for the electric chain hoist. How should we operate the daily maintenance of the electric chain hoist.

1. After use, the hoist should be cleaned and coated with rust proof grease, and stored in a dry place to prevent the electric chain hoist from getting damp, rusting, and corroding.

2. Maintenance and overhaul should be carried out by those who are familiar with the hoist mechanism. Clean the hoist parts with kerosene, lubricate the gears and bearings with butter, and prevent those who do not understand the performance principles of the machine from disassembling and assembling them at will.

3. After cleaning and maintenance, the gourd should undergo a no-load test to confirm normal operation and reliable braking before it can be delivered for use.

4. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. The brake system should be regularly inspected to prevent brake failure and the occurrence of heavy objects falling off.

5. The rollers of the left and right bearings of the lifting chain wheel of the electric chain hoist can be adhered to the inner ring of the bearing that has been pressed onto the shaft neck of the lifting chain wheel with butter, and then installed into the outer ring of the bearing on the wall panel.

When installing the braking device of the electric chain hoist, pay attention to the good meshing between the ratchet teeth and the pawl claws, and the flexible and reliable control of the pawl by the spring. After installing the hand chain wheel, rotate the hand chain wheel clockwise to press the ratchet and friction plate onto the brake seat, and rotate the hand chain wheel counterclockwise. There should be a gap between the ratchet and friction plate.

7. For the convenience of maintenance and disassembly, one section of the bracelet is an open chain (welding is not allowed).

During refueling and use of the electric chain hoist, the friction surface of the braking device must be kept clean, and the braking performance should be checked regularly to prevent brake failure from causing heavy objects to fall off.
